Vendor Registration & Pricing
If the information below does not answer your question, you can fill out a Vendor Information Request.
Greetings and welcome to the 2012 Circle City Pride Festival Application! We have overhauled our entire Vendor Application this year, so please be sure to read it in its entirety. A few key notes: Discounted vendor package rates are available, by request only, for vendors wishing to exhibit at Pet Pride and the Indy Pride Festival. For more information please contact us. Additionally, after being in the American Legion Mall for two years, we have recognized and addressed the concerns and issues raised with respect to traffic patterns as well as the number of food vendors. We will be better utilizing the premises in order to make the experience more consumer friendly and placed a limit on the number of food vendors who will be preparing food onsite. If you are interested in being one of the few food vendors selected this year you will want to be sure to get your application in early. We have also, once again, expanded the space we will be utilizing in order to spread vendors more evenly throughout the park. Thank you so very much for your interest in participating in what will be sure to be yet another record setting year!
Please Note: Registration via standard USPS mail (Check or Credit Card) or email (Credit Card ONLY) are the only options at this point, and we hope to have it available in early 2012.
Food Vendor Note: Please submit your registration as directed below. Due to an overwhelming level of interest in being a food vendor and the need to have a good mix of foods available to our broad spectrum of attendees, you will be notified in early 2012 whether or not you were selected to be a food vendor.
