Indy Pride Philanthropy

Indy Pride Inc. & the Pride Bag Ladies are committed to giving back to the Indianapolis GLBT Community.   Indy Pride and the Pride Bag Ladies have consistently given money to the following organizations:  Gregory Powers Direct Emergency Financial Assistance (DEFA) Fund; Indiana Youth Group (IYG);  American Heart Association (AHA); Susan B. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation; Step-Up, Inc.; and to the Damien Center.  In addition, special events have also raised funds for other local charities.  Indy Pride also awards scholarships to students studying at local colleges.  The graph below shows the funds donated by fiscal year since 2003-2004.
